Health & Nutrition Club
for people with ME/CFS, Long Covid and Fibromyalgia

Who we are
Cinnamon Days CIC is run by Isabel Hemmings and Sue Wharton, two BANT Registered Nutritionists® and Registered Nutritional Therapy Practitioners. Isabel and Sue are qualified to provide general nutritional advice and have an interest in supporting people with chronic health conditions, including ME/CFS, Long Covid and Fibromyalgia. Isabel previously undertook research on dietary change in ME/CFS and found that in the absence of medical treatments, many people used diet to reduce symptom severity.
We also specialise in low-carb diets for weight loss and metabolic health improvement. You can visit our sister website: Cinnamon Days CIC here
